March 28, 2023 – Black women in the United States experience an alarmingly high rate of pregnancy-related death. A new evidence-based, awareness-raising campaign, led by Dr. Shalon’s Maternal Action Project, Population Reference Bureau (PRB) and TANK Worldwide, launches today to draw attention to this public health crisis.
