I love my Asics Gel Kayano 30 running shoes. In fact, I used them last night during my HIIT workout on the treadmill. They’re designed to provide advanced stability and soft cushioning for neutral runners and overpronators alike. I’ve been using them for about a year and love how they’re lightweight yet provide excellent cushioning and support. They were on sale during July Prime Day for $119 and I ended up buying a second pair thinking that was an epic deal. Well, they’re on sale for $99 today. A new price low and well worth it!

I’m a huge Ninja appliance fan. I’ve been using one of their coffee makers every day for the past 2 years and I also own one of their Foodi XL Combo units. Both appliances are solidly built, easy to use, and have stood up well to every day use. Amazon has a wide variety of Ninja devices on sale right now with prices from $39. The sale includes everything from blenders to cookware sets. Personally, I’m planning on buying this Ninja Portable Blender for $39 to mix up my own post-workout protein shakes.

Here’s something I never thought I’d say — I love my Crocs. I was a bit skeptical about them at first, but after getting a pair a few months ago I can see why people love them so much. Not a day goes by that I don’t have a cup of coffee. In fact, I’m enjoying a cup as I write this. As someone who likes to try different roasts as well as coffees from different regions, I’m a huge fan of Atlas Coffee Club.
