WATERLOO (KWWL) -- The Waterloo Black Hawks have put themselves on the brink of the western conference final. Waterloo found the net early and often in a 6-2 rout of Sioux Falls that game them a 2-1 series lead in the best-of-five conference semifinal.
The Black Hawks opened the scoring in the first when Kaeden Hawkins scored his third goal of the playoffs on a rebound for a 1-0 edge at the opening intermission.
