It’s a story of two Brooklyns.
Kings County led the town’s huge population development over the previous decade with a 9.2 p.c bounce — larger than another borough, based on knowledge launched by the U.S. Census Bureau.
But there’s a stark demographic divide behind that enhance.
White residents noticed their ranks climb by 8.4 p.c enhance whereas black residents noticed an 8.7 p.c decline.
