Canada deploying Black Hawk helicopters at Canada-U.S. border: McGuinty

Public Safety Minister David McGuinty announced Wednesday that Canada is deploying new Black Hawk helicopters at the Canada-U.S. border to help enhance border surveillance. He added that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is also launching pre-clearance at Cannon Corners, New York.
