CLEARWATER BEACH, Fla. — During a keynote address at the International Association of Fire Chiefs’ (IAFC) Volunteer and Combination Officer Symposium, U.S. Fire Administrator Dr. Lori Moore-Merrell announced that Chief Donna Black will assume the role of Deputy U.S. Fire Administrator on December 15, 2024.
