Green houses proven reliable and in demand, sparking new business for small and large scale farmers in Kenya

The arable and semi arable lands of central and eastern Kenya have been under exploited economically for agricultural production. Unpredictable weather patterns have been a key factor limiting the productivity from limitations in planning for production. In a bit to curb the fluctuations in humidity and other key variables, there has been a gradually adoption of green houses not only by horticultural farms in Naivasha but also small scale farmers around the country.
A new class of entrepreneurs is emerging in the different regions especially central and eastern Kenya .The new age farmer is buying land and planting high-yield . . .
