The Inclusive Engineering Consortium is a non-profit organization that has at its core electrical & computer engineering programs at several minority-serving institutions including 15 historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs).

Four-year programs at Morgan State, Howard, Florida A&M-FSU, Tennessee State, Jackson State, Hampton, Norfolk State, North Carolina A&T, Tuskegee, and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore have relationships with local two-year institutions and community colleges . . .
