Kenya and Cuba recently made a bilateral agreement for health sector development cooperation. The main idea was to bring doctors and health specialists from Cuba to Kenya and also take some Kenyan health specialists to Cuba to learn from the Cuban experience in building a robust primary and curative healthcare system that has afforded the country universal health care.
