Joseph John Black, 75 of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022, at Franciscan Hospice House. He was born September 11, 1947, in Indianapolis to Alexander and Marie (Preda) Black.Joe graduated from from Decatur Central in 1965 and from Indiana State University in 1970. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy on the USS Puget Sound from 1970 – 1974.Joe worked at IUPUI in the mail services . . .
