Pennsylvania Business One-Stop Shop

The Pennsylvania Business One-Stop Shop serves as a central point for individuals seeking to start or grow a business. Experts provide customized assistance and access to a range of services and resources, including those specifically designed for small diverse businesses.

Entrepreneur’s Guide

The Entrepreneur’s Guide is a free publication offering guidance on starting and expanding a business in Pennsylvania. It includes information on business planning, registration, funding, and other essential topics. The guide is available online and for download through the PA Business One-Stop Shop website.

Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority (PMBDA)

The Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority (PMBDA) offers low-interest loans to stimulate the creation, retention, and expansion of minority-owned businesses, with the goal of creating jobs in Pennsylvania. Eligible applicants are for-profit businesses owned and controlled by socially or economically disadvantaged residents of the Commonwealth.

Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers (SBDC)
