SPACES by Premier, a new venue, offers a versatile space for various events and creative endeavors. The venue aims to adapt to a wide range of needs, from photoshoots to live performances.
The main room features exposed beams and high ceilings, including a “prop door” that functions as a garage door. This allows for indoor-outdoor event configurations and accommodates drive-in needs, such as vehicle photoshoots. The venue also provides a host or dressing suite, a prep kitchen, and a selection of tables and chairs.
SPACES by Premier has a 150-person capacity, or 100 for a seated dinner. The space is equipped with two projectors and a “plug-and-play” sound system, suitable for live music events, live shows, or podcast recordings. The venue’s design prioritizes adaptability for diverse event scenarios.
Rental rates are $150 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Weekend rates are $300 per hour, also with a three-hour minimum, and a full weekend day rental costs $2400. Tables and chairs are included in all rentals. Additional services, such as pipe and drape and event decor, are available through venue staff.
The owner, Martez Prince, envisions SPACES by Premier evolving and potentially expanding into a multi-location creative space. He aims to create a flexible environment where individuals can gather and create, similar to a “millennial-type country club or city club.” The venue plans to host public lifestyle events, such as candle-making classes, and Prince expressed excitement about the potential for future creative endeavors.
