Every Friday in February, Nevada Sports Net will honor influential African-American coaches, athletes or administrators with ties to Northern Nevada ties to celebrate Black History Month. Today, we feature Nevada track and field coach Shantel Twiggs, who has led that program for the last 20 seasons.
