Snoop Dogg Jokes About Being High at Golden Globes

Snoop Dogg’s presence at the 2026 Golden Globes awards ceremony on Sunday, January 11th, provided several memorable moments. His remarks during the Best Podcast award presentation and a subsequent interaction with actor Stephen Graham drew attention and elicited reactions from both the audience and online.

Best Podcast Award Presentation

While presenting the inaugural Best Podcast award to Amy Poehler’s Good Hang with Amy Poehler, Snoop Dogg appeared to momentarily lose his train of thought. He then joked, “I’m high as a muthafucka right now! Y’all had me here too damn long.” The audience responded with laughter to his candid statement. The broadcast included a brief censoring of the remark.

Stephen Graham’s Account of an Encounter

Following Stephen Graham’s win for Best Male Actor in a Limited Series for his role in Adolescence, he shared a story with the media. Graham stated that Snoop Dogg shook his hand and, while wearing sunglasses, told him, “You a muthafuckin’ gangsta.” Graham expressed that the encounter made his “life complete.”

Snoop Dogg’s Response

Snoop Dogg reacted to a video of Graham’s comments on X (formerly Twitter) with several laughing face emojis.
