U.S. Court of Appeals denies motion to stay Corcoran execution

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Late Monday, judges with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit affirmed a federal judge’s Friday order and denied a motion to stay Joseph Corcoran’s execution.
