U.S. Century Bank has launched Team Four, a new business-lending group, to expand its Small Business Administration (SBA) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending capabilities. The group will focus on supporting small businesses in the Airport West market, including Doral, Medley, East Hialeah, and the Milan Dairy corridor.
Benito “Benny” Carmona, Senior Vice President and Team Leader, will lead Team Four. He brings over 30 years of experience in C&I, SBA 7(a) and 504 lending, and commercial real estate financing. Carmona has been with U.S. Century Bank for a decade.
The new team will operate from U.S. Century Bank’s Doral headquarters and concentrate on the Airport West market. This area is considered one of South Florida’s densest small-business high-growth regions.
