The multihyphenate artist, who attended an event related to her film “Strung,” showcased Christian Louboutin‘s Pavlova Booty Alta, crafted from black crepe satin with a slight stretch. The shoes feature corset-style side boning which sculpts the leg and lacing down the front which adds extra edge to the look and contributes to the corset aesthetic. Meanwhile, a towering 160 mm stiletto heel and 60 mm platform give the boots an outsized presence. The style also features a ruched toe box evoking ballet pointe shoes. Currently carried by Christian Louboutin, the Pavlova Booty Alta retails for $2,195.

Bailey paired her Louboutin boots with an Anrealage spring 2026 look featuring layering and curvaceous structuring. The outfit included a beige skirt underneath a long blue striped button-down with an undulating hem. The outermost layer was a navy blazer which flared out dramatically and folded; the jacket also fastened with a single button and featured a patterned trim.

This look from Bailey arrived after she wore an Avaro Figlio gown on Wednesday at the festival for the opening night screening of “Strung.” Accenting her two-toned dress, which featured a black bodice and icy silver jacquard skirt, was her cascading gradient hairstyle.
