JURIST Celebrates 30 Years with Webinar Series and UN Expert

About Robert McCorquodale

Robert McCorquodale is a member of the United Nations Working Group on Business and Human Rights. He is also Emeritus Professor of International Law and Human Rights at the University of Nottingham and a former barrister at Brick Court Chambers in London. McCorquodale holds Australian citizenship.

Experience and Expertise

McCorquodale has over 30 years of experience in business and human rights. His work includes empirical research, advising businesses, assisting governments, and supporting civil society organizations. He has been involved in capacity building, legislative proposals, training initiatives, and qualitative research. He has also served as an advocate before the International Court of Justice and the UK Supreme Court.

JURIST Organization
