Kenya Establishes Round-the-Clock Support Line for Citizens in Saudi Arabia

Kenyans working in Saudi Arabia now have access to a new toll-free helpline for emergency assistance. The service was launched by Kenya’s Consulate in Jeddah to provide round-the-clock support.

Emergency Assistance Helpline Launched

The Kenya’s Consulate in Jeddah has established a toll-free helpline, 8001000352, to assist Kenyans in Saudi Arabia. The helpline is designed to support citizens experiencing distress or requiring urgent consular intervention.

Helpline Details

The service will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Trained staff will be available to address a variety of emergencies. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to improve the protection and welfare of Kenyan nationals in the Kingdom.

The Consulate General of Kenya in Jeddah stated its commitment to supporting citizens, emphasizing that the helpline is available whenever safety and wellbeing are a concern. The Consulate aims to provide assistance with care and respect.
