Kristina Zvyagintseva Joins 3iQ as Head of U.S. Business Development

3iQ Appoints Kristina Zvyagintseva as Head of U.S. Business Development to Drive Institutional Digital Asset Adoption

TORONTO, April 29, 2026 – 3iQ Corp., a global leader in digital asset investment solutions, has announced the appointment of Kristina Zvyagintseva as Head of Business Development for the United States. This strategic move underscores 3iQ’s commitment to expanding its presence and providing regulated, institutional-grade access to the digital asset economy for investors across the U.S.

Zvyagintseva brings over a decade of experience in both traditional finance and digital assets, establishing a strong track record in investment management, venture capital, and capital markets. Her expertise bridges the gap between established investment platforms and the burgeoning opportunities within the digital asset space. Prior to joining 3iQ, she held senior roles at Algoz and GTS, where she focused on institutional capital formation, strategic partnerships, and the expansion of investment platforms throughout North America. Her earlier career included roles at Ares Management and JPMorgan, providing a solid foundation in capital markets and institutional investment.

“Kristina’s unique blend of institutional finance experience and deep digital asset knowledge makes her a valuable asset to our team,” stated Ash Tahbazian, Head of Business Development for North America. “Her ability to cultivate strong relationships with institutional investors and introduce innovative strategies will be crucial as we continue to grow our U.S. presence and broaden access to our regulated digital asset solutions.”

In her new role, Zvyagintseva will spearhead business development strategy across the United States, focusing on deepening engagement with institutional investors and allocators. She will also play a key role in promoting education and adoption of digital asset investing. She also brings advisory board experience with early-stage fintech companies, further demonstrating her commitment to innovation in the financial technology sector.

“I am excited to join 3iQ at a time when institutional due diligence in the digital asset space is rapidly evolving,” said Zvyagintseva. “The demand for digital assets from institutional investors is accelerating, and 3iQ has established itself as a global leader in providing a secure and efficient framework that meets the highest standards. I look forward to helping U.S. investors access the growing opportunities within digital asset strategies.”

Zvyagintseva holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College and is a FINRA-licensed professional with Series 7, Series 63, and Series 3 designations.
