Morocco’s AFCON Win Boosts Bid for Major Events

Rabat – The president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, Fouzi Lekjaa, has praised Morocco’s organization of the recent Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). He characterized the event as demonstrating the country’s increasing capability to host major sporting competitions.

Lekjaa made these comments at the Moroccan-Spanish-Portuguese Business Forum concerning the 2030 World Cup. He highlighted the tournament’s success as a reflection of the progress made and the strength of Moroccan businesses and professionals.
