All Strikes Lanes on Telegraph Road in Toledo, Ohio, is marking its third anniversary with renovations and community events. The bowling alley has seen significant changes since new ownership took over in 2022.

Recent Renovations

The facility has undergone extensive renovations over the past three years, including lane renovations, fresh murals, new paint, and upgraded equipment. Owner Lakeila Carter initiated these changes to revitalize the space. Employees have noted improved reliability of the bowling alley’s systems, reducing breakdowns and enhancing the overall experience.

Anniversary Celebration

To commemorate the three-year anniversary, Carter hosted a customer appreciation event featuring giveaways such as bicycles, televisions, and bowling balls. The event was intended to acknowledge the support of customers, league bowlers, and the community.

Community Impact

Regular bowler Hansani Lamb highlighted the significance of a Black woman owning and operating the bowling alley, emphasizing the importance of unity within the community. Employee Alan Pixley also praised the improvements, noting the facility’s return to its former glory.

Future Plans

Carter plans to continue expanding the business and strengthening its community ties. Future upgrades include the addition of an outdoor volleyball court.
