Pooh Shiesty Denies Incarceration Rumors

Pooh Shiesty has been the subject of recent speculation regarding his status within the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Reports initially suggested a new release date of April 11, 2026, prompting questions about his confinement.

Clarification on Release Date

DJ Akademiks initially reported that Pooh Shiesty’s name appeared in the Federal Bureau of Prisons system with a new release date. However, he later clarified that the facility listed was a halfway house for inmates nearing release, and the date was approximately three months from the reporting date. Akademiks noted that halfway houses typically house inmates for three to twelve months before their final release.

Label Statement

Pooh Shiesty’s label contacted DJ Akademiks to address the circulating rumors. They confirmed that the April release date has existed since his initial release and that he has been on home confinement since then.

Recent Activities

Pooh Shiesty was sentenced to five years and released in October. Following his release, he released the song “FDO” and its accompanying music video, featuring a message from his mother. The video addressed his return and challenged those who doubted his release.

Addressing Allegations

Over the weekend, Pooh Shiesty addressed rumors of cooperation with authorities related to his gun case. He denied any involvement in providing information, stating that he and his associates remained loyal and steadfast throughout the legal process.
