As a Black dentist, Dr. Oladele is part of a small group, representing only 3.7% of the dental industry, according to data from the Delta Dental Institute. She is working to increase representation within the field while simultaneously developing Dentrogen. The company’s concept was developed in 2022 while she was working at a practice in Los Angeles.

Dentrogen, named after the hydrogen element, strives to be a foundational force in the future of oral health. The company’s product line includes Black Fiber Coconut Floss and Elemental Brightening Toothpaste, all formulated using science-backed methods.
