What did you do over the summer?
San Diego State senior guard Adam Seiko went to Rwanda, a tiny, landlocked country in East Africa.
He did because he played for Uganda’s national team in FIBA AfroBasket, the quadrennial continental championships that were at Rwanda’s Kigali . . .
