Black-owned business pitch competition boasts $10K in cash prizes

GRAND RAPIDS, MI - What once started as a Muskegon County pitch competition for area Black-owned businesses is launching in Grand Rapids this month to focus on businesses in Kent County.
Pitch Black was created in 2021 in response to the detrimental effects the COVID-19 pandemic had on Black-owned businesses in Muskegon County. It is free and open to the public.
