GATE ACCESS INFO RE: UPCOMING BLACK START EXERCISE

During the Black Start Exercise, we anticipate all gates will remain open across the installation for DoD ID cardholders, though there may be delays entering the installation.

For non-DoD ID card holders, we anticipate access control systems will continue working at select gates (Buffalo Soldier, Cassidy, Sheridan, Chaffee, Espinoza, and Duran), hence Non-DoD ID card holders will be redirected to these gates with a working access control system . . .
