Dave Chappelle’s  latest Netflix special , The Dreamer turns to a lightning rod for discussions on free speech in the realm of comedy yet again.

Dave Chappelle arguably the most popular stand-up comedian has stirred “the pot” once again with his unapologetic style in tackling controversial topics that often put him at odds with various communities notably the LGBTQ+.

After appearing in 2021, Chappelle's Netflix special "The Closer" where Dave explored touchy issues, like his earnest opinions on the LGBTQ+ and the latest drop, the Dreamer, the comedian is on the receiving-end facing condemnation again.
