Game Changers: Megan Rose

This year’s U.S. Open featured the first million-dollar prize purse in wheelchair Grand Slam tennis history, as well as the largest field for a wheelchair slam and the first junior wheelchair competition at a slam. Those firsts occurred in part because of Megan Rose, who oversees major events for the U.S. Tennis Association and brought wheelchair tennis into the organization’s able-bodied tennis portfolio.
