KENT, OHIO- Â Earlier this summer, a group of Kent State student-athletes and staff represented the Golden Flashes at the annual Black Student Athlete Summit in Houston, Texas.
Football players Dean Clark and Mario Nunez as well as soccer player Tianna Harris were joined by Director of Athletics Diversity Outreach and Professional Impact Frank Porter Junior as well as McLendon Leadership Fellow Calvin Toney-Cox for the three-day event.
