Gress brothers lead Black Bear middle schoolers

ASHVILLE — Gavin Gress took medalist honors on Friday, shooting a 73 in an 18 hole match as River View junior high totaled 333 to beat both Teays Valley teams at Upper Lansdowne Golf Course.
Teays Valley East totaled 468 and Teays Valley West had 486.
Colton Gress chipped in a 74, Caleb Kline had a 90 and Makayla Gress carded a 96 to round out the scoring. Clark Frischen also had 113 and Kortnee Mickle 141.
