By Srimoyee Chowdhury: Today, on May 3, International Leopard Day is celebrated to make people aware of the beautiful nocturnal big cat that is found in Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, Southern Russia, and the Indian subcontinent. Leopards are majestic creatures who are great climbers and can be seen in different sizes depending on their habitat. But in recent times, their population is decreasing because of several external factors which make this day more important.
