Earlier this month, the Census Bureau released estimates of an undercount of the 2020 Census. Black Americans, Latinos, and Native Americans were each undercounted significantly — more than in the previous 2010 Census. This means Congressional apportionment will be skewed. Federal funding for specific regions could be affected. And businesses will find it harder to design effective business plans in these communities.
