Lifelong Educator Robert MacCullough Black, Jr., 90, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, passed away on May 19, 2023. Known as Bob to most people, he was born in Philadelphia in 1932 and grew up in Cranford, NJ. He met his wife, Marilyn, when they were both teachers in Springfield. They moved to Madison, NJ where they raised their four children.
Bob was a lifelong educator. He earned his bachelor's degree . . .
