Southwest Airlines Co. convinced a jury Thursday that the pre-flight conduct of two White flight attendants wasn’t outrageous enough to cause a Black customer emotional distress.
Adelene Sanders was removed from a Southwest Airlines flight in July 2020 for allegedly failing to wear appropriate attire on a Las Vegas flight and intimidating the flight crew. She sued the carrier in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
