The familiar white stage top was lifted at the Black River Landing, 319 Black River Lane in downtown Lorain, once again May 8 in a sure sign that the warm weather is nearing and the festivities to follow.
Seven people worked to erect the massive vinyl covering atop the concrete stage used annually to host events such as the International Festival, Rockin’ on the River . . .
