PEORIA HEIGHTS (25News Now) - A favorite staple ice cream shop staple in Peoria Heights now has new management after many were worried the place was going to close for good when the last owner announced she was closing. but now they are ready to officially re-open after Thanksgiving.
With flavors like toasted S’moreo, Space Cake and Grasshopper Pie, Emack & Bolio’s doors are back open.
