‘Support your local community’: Homewood businesses encourage people to shop local

HOMEWOOD, Ala. (WBMA) — This holiday season, the Alabama Retail Association is anticipating a 4% growth in spending.
On Wednesday, Governor Kay Ivey signed a proclamation declaring November 25 as Small Business Saturday in the state of Alabama, to encourage Alabamians to shop local and support small businesses across the state.
