USACE celebrates Modern-Day Technology Leader Award winners – US Black Engineer

Roger Wilson, the navigation chief of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Project office, was awarded the Modern-Day Technology Leader Award at the 2024 Black Engineer of the Year Award ceremony in Baltimore, Maryland.
