The Michigan group stated that the passing of Trevor has deeply saddened them. They said that he was someone everyone loved and was an encyclopedia of music. Brandon Ellis, the lead guitarist of the band, called Trevor as one of the most entertaining and funniest people to have walked on Earth. Ellis also called Trevor his biggest supporter and a mastermind of lyrics.
