U.S. Army Ranger whose actions were shown in “Black Hawk Down” speaking at Camp Shelby

William Carey University will be honoring the military with an event at Camp Shelby on February 1.
The event is open to the military community and to the public.
The guest speaker is retired U.S. Army Ranger Jeff Struecker who served in Somalia in the 1990’s.
His actions were featured in the movie “Black Hawk Down.”
Struecker also served as an army chaplain and will be sharing his experience in faith with the audience.
He will be speaking at Dalton Hall at Camp Shelby and the event . . .
