Washington (AFP) – Marathon confirmation hearings begin Monday for the historic Supreme Court nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to be the first Black woman to serve on the highest court in the United States.
President Joe Biden's pick will be formally introduced during televised hearings at 11:00 am (1500 GMT), followed by two days of questioning and a day of testimony from outside witnesses.
