LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A couple from Winchester, Kentucky, has spent their lives protecting their community and country. Now they are asking for help.
According to a report by LEX 18, Carol Charles is a bus monitor for Clark County Schools. Her husband, Steve, is a U.S. Army veteran now on dialysis three times a week.
