Despite being set to make his first appearance in Miami federal court, in which Trump is expected to be arraigned and enter a “not guilty plea”, the former president was still finalising his legal team late Monday, Al Jazeera’s John Hendren reported.
“As of yesterday, Monday, the the former president was still looking for lawyers. That’s because his two previous lawyers, Jim Trusty and John Rowley quite after this indictment came down,” he said.
“He’s got an attorney who is going to represent him today, his name is Todd Blanche, being helped . . .
